Why importers are checking now
CPSC eFiling of certificate data became mandatory for regulated consumer products entered on or after July 8, 2026.

- The workflow itself is designed, not built. Nothing beyond the free scan is usable yet, and we will not describe it as if it were.
- We are talking to importers right now to decide what ships first. If the phases above match your week, running the free scan is how you tell us.
- A paid early-access pilot exists so we can measure real intent. No charge is taken during this validation phase, and pricing only appears after you have run a scan.

Questions, answered
Do I need an account or a credit card?
No. The scan needs no account, no payment, and no personal information.
What do you measure when I use the scanner?
Your free-text answers stay in your browser. Only which questions you answered (their field IDs), which preset options you selected, basic traffic-source info (the referring site and campaign tags), plan clicks, and anonymous session activity are measured. If you choose to leave an email after requesting a pilot, it is used only to contact you about that pilot.
Is this legal advice or a compliance determination?
No. The result is an orientation aid; see the important limits above for the exact boundaries.
What happens after the free scan?
You can stop at the checklist, or activate the deeper-scan workflow and see early-access pricing. Nothing is charged during this validation phase.
